I really like the whole concept of this picture- the bright lights against a night sky, and reflecting off of the water. The ending results of these photos tend to me absolutely magnificent, and very often, breathtaking.

In this picture, there is so many wonderful qualities I like. The golden reflection of the lights off the water looks magical. The regular gold street-lamps seem to somehow cast a sort of mystical spell on the place, making it look more like a palace. Definitely a good example of using the environment around you to create an even more fantastic photo.

However, there are some things that can be improved upon. First and most nit-picking would probably be the amount of grain in this picture- it's not to noticeable, but something to consider.

The only other thing I would suggest is cutting off the bottom waves. By themselves, they are really pretty and would be a nice effect, however I feel that it distracts from the main subject. :/ Cutting closer to the pier would allow us to focus better on that and notice the detail better.

Other than that, it's really well done and a wonderful idea! Nice job.
